On the morning of May 17, 2025, Van Lang General Contractor, in collaboration with the Developer – MK Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company, solemnly organized the “Topping-Out Ceremony for the MK Central City Social Housing Project” at Phu Ha New Urban Area, Phan Rang – Thap Cham City, Ninh Thuan Province.
This event not only marks a crucial construction milestone but also holds special significance as it coincides with the 50th Anniversary of the Liberation of Ninh Thuan Province (April 16, 1975 – April 16, 2025) and the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 – April 30, 2025).
Attending the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Tien Nghi – General Director of MK Investment and Construction JSC, expressed his excitement as the project remains on schedule with high-quality standards. He emphasized that MK Central City is not just an ordinary social housing project, but a product of superior value in terms of functionality, aesthetics, and humanity, contributing to the improvement of the local people’s quality of life. Furthermore, he expects the project to be completed as planned for timely handover to residents by the end of 2025.
Representing the Contractor Consortium, Mr. Doan Quang Cuong – General Director of Van Lang Co., Ltd., extended his gratitude to the Developer, the supervision consultancy unit, the Project Management Board, subcontractors, and the Site Management team for their effective coordination and companionship to achieve the current quality and progress.
During his speech, Mr. Cuong highlighted: “The successful topping-out is not just a major milestone; it is a clear testament to Van Lang’s strong commitment to ensuring on-time delivery, superior construction quality, and absolute prestige with the Developer and the People’s Committee of Ninh Thuan Province. Following this success, Van Lang will continue to accelerate the remaining work, coordinating closely with relevant units to soon welcome residents into their new homes.”
MK Central City is a large-scale social housing project in Ninh Thuan with a total area of 5,696 $m^2$, consisting of two 17-story blocks (324 apartments). The project is designed in a modern style, optimizing natural light and ventilation, while harmonizing with green living spaces and environmental friendliness.
Implemented with the dedication to providing an ideal place to live for low and middle-income earners, the project is expected to contribute to solving urban housing needs amidst the increasing urbanization rate in Ninh Thuan.
