VNBuilding on the successful collaboration on the Hacom Galacity Social Housing Project in Ninh Thuan and the ongoing construction of Hacom Mall, Van Lang has once again been entrusted by Thanh Dong Ninh Thuan Joint Stock Company with the role of general construction contractor for the HHO-05 Social Housing Project (Hacom Galacity), located in Bac Nha Trang Ward, Khanh Hoa Province.
This award marks another milestone in affirming Van Lang’s construction capabilities and reflects the Investor’s continued confidence in the Company throughout their project collaboration. The project occupies a site area of 5,167.70 square meters and comprises one basement level and 23 above-ground floors, providing a total of 501 social housing apartments.
In addition to residential units, the development incorporates community spaces, commercial and service areas, and childcare facilities to meet residents’ essential daily needs. The design prioritizes natural daylight and ventilation, aiming to create a comfortable living environment that aligns with residents’ needs. With its well-planned scale and integrated facilities, HHO-05 is expected to contribute to the supply of social housing and create additional opportunities for residents to secure stable homes in the Bac Nha Trang area.
Being selected once again by the Investor for the HHO-05 project recognizes Van Lang’s capabilities in construction organization, management, and execution. It also serves as a driving force for the Company to build on its experience, strengthen coordination, and meet the increasingly demanding requirements of construction projects.
As the general construction contractor, Van Lang will focus on mobilizing appropriate resources and maintaining strict control over technical requirements, construction quality, occupational safety, and project schedules. Construction planning and organization will be prioritized from the outset, while coordination among departments will be strengthened to ensure that issues arising during implementation are addressed promptly.
