The Mid-Autumn Festival is a time for everyone to pause, gather with family, and cherish moments of togetherness. However, due to the nature of the construction industry, not all Van Lang staff can spend a full holiday with their loved ones, as many are working far from home.
Understanding this, the Van Lang Trade Union prepared thoughtful Mid-Autumn gifts for all employees – a small gesture of gratitude and care for those accompanying the company on its journey.
From the Office to the Construction Site: Caring Every Step of the Way
At the Royal Ninh Thuan High-End Resort project, Mr. Vu Thanh Binh – Deputy Site Manager and his colleagues remain dedicated to their daily work on site. Working away from home, he felt the meaning of this special gift even more deeply:
“Working far from home makes occasions like the Mid-Autumn Festival bring back strong memories of family. Receiving this gift from the Trade Union made me very happy. Though simple, it truly reflects the care that the Company and Trade Union have for us on site – especially those who have been away from home for a long time”.

One Small Gift, One Big Thank You
The Trade Union’s thoughtful gesture also reached team members taking time off for family matters. Currently on maternity leave, Ms. Hoang Thi Viet Tre – Project Secretary – was not present at the office as usual, yet she still received her Mid-Autumn gift:
“I am currently on maternity leave, so receiving the Mid-Autumn gift from the Trade Union brought me immense joy. Even though I am at home caring for my baby, the Company still remembered me and sent a gift. It may not be huge, but it means a lot to know I am still cared for”.
A small gift brings joy and a sense of belonging, assuring absent members that they remain an irreplaceable part of the Van Lang family. Sharing about this year’s initiative, Ms. Pham Thi Xuyen – representative of the Company’s Trade Union – stated:
“The Trade Union hopes that each Mid-Autumn gift serves as a heartfelt thank-you to all staff for their continuous dedication and contributions. Regardless of where our employees are working – or if they are currently on leave – we want everyone to feel the Company’s warmth and enjoy a joyful, cozy Mid-Autumn Festival with their families”.
