While the city fell into a deep sleep, a silent but extraordinary “transformation” took place at the Hacom Mall Commercial Center project (Dong Hai Ward, Ninh Thuan Province). More than 380m³ of concrete were poured in the final batch for the B2 basement floor slab, officially completing the deepest basement level of the project. This is not only a major technical milestone but also marks the conclusion of a pivotal construction phase, opening the journey to conquer the next progress targets at Hacom Mall.
3.530 m³ of Concrete – A Solid Foundation for a Landmark Project
The construction of the B2 basement was implemented in several stages with a total concrete volume of up to 3,530m³. This is one of the project’s most technically demanding structural components, where no margin of error is permitted.
The completion of this item is a clear testament to the well-organized construction capacity, high technical proficiency, and modern management mindset of the General Contractor, Van Lang. At the same time, it demonstrates an elite level of control over progress, quality, and safety-the core elements required to create a sustainable structure.

Throughout many consecutive nights, the site lights did not just illuminate technical operations; they reflected the sense of responsibility, persistence, and pride of the entire Van Lang collective.
From material inspection, surveying, and checking reinforcement and formwork to coordinating concrete mixer trucks, every process was operated with absolute precision. This ensured continuity, safety, and optimal quality for the B2 basement slab specifically, and the entire project in general.

Mr. Le Duc Dong, Deputy Project Manager of Hacom Mall, shared: “We are not just building a project; we are building prestige and trust. Each batch of concrete poured is a concrete commitment from Van Lang to our partners and the community.”

Mr. Huynh Hang Thien Sinh, Survey Supervisor-who has been with the site since the early days-emotionally shared: “Under the yellow lights, every time a pour is completed at the right position and the right elevation, I feel a surge of pride. It is not just because the task is done, but because we are one step closer to our collective dream.”
Hacom Mall – New Milestone, New Stature
Hacom Mall is a key commercial center project in Phan Rang – Thap Cham City, developed by Thanh Dong Ninh Thuan JSC. The project consists of two towers with 25 stories and 2 basements, with a total floor area (GFA) of over 60,000m².
With its strategic location and prominent scale, Hacom Mall is not only a new commercial highlight of the region but also a comprehensive test for any General Contractor-regarding capacity, mettle, and long-term vision.

The completion of the B2 basement is a vital prerequisite for Van Lang to accelerate the “closing” of the basement (basement roof slab) and prepare to enter the superstructure construction phase—where commercial blocks, amenities, and landscaped spaces will gradually take shape. This is when the project’s true values begin to be defined, and the expectations of the Developer and the community begin to become a reality.
Van Lang – Building Value, Constructing Trust
With every project, Van Lang General Contractor commits to on-time delivery while constantly raising construction standards to ensure safety, quality, and project efficiency.
At Hacom Mall, these values are once again affirmed-as a strong commitment to brand prestige, general contractor capacity, and the mission to accompany Developers on the journey of creating sustainable, modern structures that bring long-lasting value to the community.
