Within the framework of the Gala Dinner 2025, Van Lang Company organized a special activity to “Honor employees with 5 or more years of service.” This was not just a gathering, but a special occasion for the Board of Directors to deeply acknowledge the persistent contributions of the generations who have long been committed to Van Lang.
Speaking at the event, Mr. Doan Quang Cuong, General Director of the Company, emotionally shared: “On the journey of over 23 years of formation and development, Van Lang has inevitably faced ups and downs. But the most valuable asset the company possesses is the team of nearly 200 employees who have been and are walking alongside us, contributing to the prosperous development of the Company.”
In addition to expressing deep gratitude to all staff who have accompanied the company to this day, Mr. Cuong affirmed: “The commitment and dedication of all members are the foundation for Van Lang to continue stepping firmly and reaching further in the future.”
In a warm atmosphere, employees had the chance to recount memories from their very first days at Van Lang. For many, that journey felt as though it had only just begun yesterday.
Mr. To Phi Long – Deputy General Director of the Company, began his journey with Van Lang as a Site Manager. Through years of tireless dedication, he has proven his capability, mettle, and sense of responsibility in every assigned task.
Today, having assumed the role of Deputy General Director, Mr. Long still maintains his humility and closeness to his colleagues. He shared: “My success today is not mine alone, but the result of a united collective. Van Lang has given me the opportunity to grow, to be challenged, and to affirm myself. I always wish to continue conquering new milestones with Van Lang in the future.”
Mr. Le Van Hoan, Deputy Head of the M&E Department, one of the personnel who has been with the company since his youth, shared: “To me, Van Lang is not just a workplace, but a second home. Here, I have learned, matured, and more importantly, found colleagues who are like family members. I believe that without Van Lang, I would not have the stable career and the many cherished memories I have today.”
Also at the event, another beautiful story was mentioned: Mr. Tran Thanh Phong – Head of Security and Safety Department, and Ms. Cao Thị Mong Manh – Catering Staff, a couple who found each other at Van Lang. They emotionally recalled: “Thanks to the Company, we have stable jobs and good benefits, allowing us to feel secure in building a family and taking care of our children’s education.”
In response to the sincere affection from the employees, the Board of Directors respectfully presented commemorative medals and appreciation gifts to everyone. The gifts served as a profound “thank you,” encouraging each individual to continue their efforts and strive to contribute to the sustainable development of Van Lang.
The Gala Dinner concluded in joy, solidarity, and pride. Everyone shared a common belief: “When we walk together, we will surely grow together.”
