On the night of May 17, 2026, the Bien Dong Hotel Project Management Board successfully executed a 400m³ concrete pour at Zone 2, B1 Basement, after only 8 hours of continuous overnight construction. This is a vital progress milestone, affirming the superior organizational capacity and the determined spirit of the entire team of engineers and workers from Van Lang General Contractor.

Adaptive Response to Weather Challenges
Just before the scheduled commencement, a sudden heavy rainstorm swept across Vung Tau City, putting significant pressure on the operational plan. Facing this weather challenge, the Project Management Board quickly reviewed and flexibly adjusted construction methods to adapt to the actual situation.
In the heat of that pressure, the mettle and practical management capacity of the Van Lang team were even more clearly demonstrated. Every stage was coordinated seamlessly, every position operated precisely, and all technical processes were strictly controlled, ensuring the pour took place continuously, with absolute safety and the highest quality standards. Sharing about the leadership during that high-pressure night, Mr. Dang Minh Hanh – Project Director, stated:
“This achievement is the result of synchronized and smooth coordination between the Site Management Board, the supervisory engineers, and the construction teams throughout the implementation. Despite the obstacles caused by weather conditions, the entire workforce on site maintained a ‘steel spirit’ and a determination to stick to the schedule. Furthermore, from the early days of basement implementation until now, the decisive, professional, and responsible coordination between Van Lang, the Developer, and the Project Management Unit has been a solid launchpad helping each category reach completion as planned.”

Strict Technical Control – Ensuring Sustainable Quality
Due to the specific nature of basement construction methods, especially large-scale overnight pours, technical control-from material properties to compaction and curing processes-is always the top priority to completely prevent any risk of cracking or leakage in the future. Directly supervising the Zone 2 slab area, Mr. Doan Quang Hung – Technical Supervisor of the Bien Dong Hotel project, shared briefly:
“Before the scheduled pour, heavy rain suddenly fell. Therefore, the Management Board quickly activated emergency response plans, strictly controlling and following every construction front throughout the night to ensure standards were met, allowing the pour to proceed smoothly and achieve the best quality results.”

Affirming Prestige through Execution Capacity
For Van Lang General Contractor, customer trust and corporate prestige are not built on empty promises but are transparently affirmed through execution capacity, a sense of responsibility, and the tangible results on-site every day. Completing the B1 basement pour on schedule is an important stepping stone to prepare for the subsequent superstructure structural phases.

The Bien Dong Hotel project is situated on Thuy Van Street – one of the busiest and most beautiful coastal routes in Vung Tau City. Once completed and operational, the project promises to become a prominent accommodation and resort icon, contributing to the urban landscape and strongly boosting the regional tourism industry.
