Concluding a “White Night” of Construction: Completing the 750m³ Concrete Pour at Bien Dong Hotel Project

As the city gradually falls into a deep sleep, hundreds of workers at the Bien Dong Hotel Project site enter a race against time. Under the night lights, concrete shipments are continuously transported, and every stage is strictly controlled with the goal of completing the pour on schedule while ensuring absolute quality and safety. After many hours of continuous construction, a “white night” concluded with a convincing result: the successful completion of the 750m³ concrete pour for the B2 basement slab in Zone 3.

Strict Control of Progress and Quality Throughout Construction

Following urgent preparations and a night of high-intensity work, on the morning of April 4, 2026, the Bien Dong Hotel Project Management Board completed the concrete pouring for the B2 basement slab in Zone 3. With a total volume of 750m³, the work absolutely met all requirements for progress, technical quality, and labor safety.

This is one of the key categories in the project’s substructure construction phase and represents the second-largest concrete pour at the site to date. Completing the task on schedule further affirms the organizational capacity, the synchronized coordination between departments, and the high sense of responsibility of the entire team of engineers, staff, and workers on site.

For underground structural categories, especially basement slabs with large areas and volumes, concrete pouring is always considered one of the most critical stages. It requires strict continuity, concrete uniformity, and the ability to control quality throughout the process. Therefore, all preparations for this pour were meticulously implemented by the Site Management Board several days in advance.

Sharing the implementation process, Mr. Dang Minh Hanh – Project Director, stated: “The concrete pouring for the B2 basement slab in Zone 3 was carefully prepared, from site organization and material control to personnel planning and construction equipment. Throughout the implementation, the Management Board maintained continuous construction and close coordination between departments to control concrete quality, ensuring the uniformity and bonding of the entire structure. Particularly, working under nighttime conditions requires high concentration and strict discipline at all stages. The entire process was closely monitored according to technical standards, ensuring safety and meeting the project’s progress requirements.”

Decisively Accelerating the Substructure Phase

The successful completion of the 750m³ concrete pour is not just an important progress milestone; it also demonstrates the proactive spirit, high determination, and organizational capacity of the Management Board in a context where project progress is always held to high standards. A “white night” closed with clear and convincing results, providing further motivation for the entire site to accelerate the next categories in the substructure phase.

Each progress milestone completed today serves as a vital foundation for Van Lang to continue affirming its contractor prestige through construction quality, professional management, and a commitment to accompanying the developer in creating sustainable, safe, and long-lasting structures.

Each completed progress milestone serves as convincing evidence of Van Lang's construction prestige.
