On the morning of March 24, 2026, at the Hacom Mall Mixed-use Building project site, the Van Lang – Tri Trung Consortium officially held the “Commencement Ceremony for the Mechanical and Electrical (MEP) Package,” marking a vital milestone in the overall project implementation. The package scope includes the supply of materials and equipment, and the installation of the entire mechanical and electrical systems for the project.
The event not only demonstrates the determination to accelerate construction progress but also affirms the consortium’s organizational and execution capacity in handling high-demand technical categories for large-scale projects.

Constructing the “Technical Backbone”
In modern high-rise projects, the MEP system is considered the “technical backbone” that directly determines operational efficiency, safety, and the long-term exploitation value of the building. Far from being just a finishing category, the M&E system is a synchronized combination of electricity, water supply and drainage, HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning), fire fighting and prevention, technical infrastructure, and other smart operating systems.
Therefore, implementing MEP construction requires comprehensive management capacity, practical experience, and the ability to coordinate closely across multiple disciplines, including structure, architecture, and technical systems. From shop drawing development and material/equipment control to site construction organization and safety/quality management, every process must be operated synchronously, accurately, and seamlessly.

Sharing at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Quang Han – Project Manager of the Hacom Mall Mixed-use Building, stated: “MEP is a category with very high technical requirements, demanding synchronized coordination between various disciplines and construction units on site. From the early stages, the Site Management Board has developed a detailed implementation plan, strictly controlling everything from technical documentation and materials to construction methods to ensure the overall progress and quality of the project. We identify this not just as a technical package but as a core element determining the long-term operational efficiency of the building.”
The official commencement of the M&E package at Hacom Mall also signifies that the project is moving into the “integrated construction phase”—a crucial period that clearly reflects the contractor’s executive capacity, progress control ability, and technical proficiency. With a high sense of responsibility and a professional construction orientation, the Van Lang – Tri Trung Consortium sets a consistent goal of ensuring progress, strictly complying with technical standards, and maintaining absolute safety in all site activities.

Accelerating Toward the Finish Line
Currently, the project is being constructed up to the 8th floor. On-site, construction fronts are organized synchronously and continuously with close coordination between departments. The Site Management Board constantly monitors actual progress and strictly controls every category and technical detail to ensure overall quality from the initial stages.
The parallel implementation of multiple categories in the current phase requires site coordination to be performed with high precision. Mr. Luu Duc Dong – Deputy Project Manager, added: “The current workload on site is immense, especially as structural and M&E categories are beginning to be implemented simultaneously. Therefore, the technical team and Site Management always maintain continuous site inspections and close coordination between teams to promptly handle arising issues. Our goal is to ensure each category is implemented correctly in terms of technique, progress, and absolute safety.”
Located in the K1 area, Dong Hai Ward, Ninh Thuan Province, the Hacom Mall Mixed-use Building is expected to become a landmark for commerce, services, and modern urban space in the region. With methodical investment and a synchronized technical system, the project aims for safe, stable, and sustainable long-term operation standards.
