This year’s internship program has been meticulously designed by Van Lang to align closely with the content and objectives of the “Enterprise Semester” module currently applied by the University.

The 6-month program offers a flexible combination of fundamental theoretical training and hands-on experience at construction sites and specialized departments within the company. Through this, students not only consolidate their professional knowledge but also directly hone their working skills, professional demeanor, and adaptability in a practical environment.

During the first month, students will be guided through foundational knowledge and introduced to the corporate culture. From the second month onwards, they will directly participate in professional activities within the construction process under the guidance and supervision of experienced managers.

The 2025 Internship Program is a vital part of the company’s sustainable human resource development strategy. Through this program, we aim to find passionate young talents with potential and an inquisitive spirit to join us for a long-term journey.

Rather than being just a short-term training course, the program is designed as an in-depth selection and training process to identify and develop potential factors into key future personnel.

Upon completion, suitable candidates will be given the opportunity to continue working, developing, and maturing with the company. This is a solid starting point for building a high-quality succession workforce, contributing to the realization of shared goals and visions for the future.
