I. JOB DESCRIPTION

Check legal documentation related to the construction project.

Gather technical requirements from design drawings, tender documents, economic contracts, and other files related to construction quality.

Establish construction quality management methods/measures.
-
Verify the suitability of construction equipment and production facilities.
-
Inspect and supervise the quality of materials delivered to the site.
-
Control the construction process.
-
Address and resolve comments or complaints from the Developer and Supervision Consultant regarding quality issues.
-
Ensure quality and quantity documentation (as-built records) meet requirements for interim and final payment settlements.
-
Perform other tasks as requested by the Project Manager.
II. JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education: Associate degree or higher in Civil Engineering.

Experience: 01 year or more of experience in an equivalent position.

Skills:
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office and specialized technical software.
-
Strong communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.

III. OTHER INFORMATION

Probation: 2 months.
