JOB DESCRIPTION<\/h3>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"4\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"4,0,0\">Receive assignments from the Project Manager; develop surveying schemes and plans; manage and execute measurement and geodetic work at construction sites.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"4,1,0\">Establish and propose procedures for site surveys and measurements.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"4,2,0\">Coordinate the preparation of technical inspection and acceptance documentation.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"4,3,0\">Read and interpret design drawings for construction projects; implement site setting-out based on design drawings.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"4,4,0\">Reporting: Comply with the Company\u2019s reporting regulations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"4,5,0\">Perform other related duties.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"5\">II. JOB REQUIREMENTS<\/h3>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"6\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"6,0,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"6,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Education:<\/b> Intermediate degree or higher in fields related to construction surveying or <b data-path-to-node=\"6,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"88\">Geodetic Engineering<\/b>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"6,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"6,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Experience:<\/b> Over 1 year of experience in high-rise building projects.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"6,2,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"6,2,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Knowledge:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"6,2,1\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"6,2,1,0,0\">Proficient in construction laws, construction standards, and regulations related to surveying.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"6,2,1,1,0\">Solid understanding of coordinates, coordinate grids, and relevant geodetic fields.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"6,3,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"6,3,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Attitude:<\/b> Careful, proactive, and sharp in problem-solving.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"6,4,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"6,4,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Responsibility:<\/b> High sense of responsibility.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"7\">III.
