JOB DESCRIPTION<\/h3>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"4\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"4,0,0\">Check legal documentation related to the construction project.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"4,1,0\">Gather technical requirements from design drawings, tender documents, economic contracts, and other files related to construction quality.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"4,2,0\">Establish construction quality management methods\/measures.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"4,3,0\">Verify the suitability of construction equipment and production facilities.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"4,4,0\">Inspect and supervise the quality of materials delivered to the site.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"4,5,0\">Control the construction process.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"4,6,0\">Address and resolve comments or complaints from the Developer and Supervision Consultant regarding quality issues.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"4,7,0\">Ensure quality and quantity documentation (as-built records) meet requirements for interim and final payment settlements.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"4,8,0\">Perform other tasks as requested by the Project Manager.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"5\">II. JOB REQUIREMENTS<\/h3>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"6\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"6,0,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"6,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Education:<\/b> Associate degree or higher in Civil Engineering.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"6,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"6,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Experience:<\/b> 01 year or more of experience in an equivalent position.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"6,2,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"6,2,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Skills:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"6,2,1\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"6,2,1,0,0\">Proficient in Microsoft Office and specialized technical software.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"6,2,1,1,0\">Strong communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"7\">III.
