JOB OBJECTIVE<\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"4\">Ensure compliance with the safety management system, Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Protection, and Fire Prevention &amp; Fighting of the project in accordance with the agreed plans and methods.<\/p>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"5\">II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/h3>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"6\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"6,0,0\">Implement measures to ensure the achievement of safety, environmental, and fire prevention goals; supervise the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"6,1,0\">Manage safety records and legal documentation in compliance with regulations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"6,2,0\">Manage and distribute PPE to workers according to established procedures.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"6,3,0\">Maintain security, order, and ensure the protection of Company assets.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"6,4,0\">Reporting, information archiving, and performing other tasks as assigned by the Project Safety &amp; Security Manager.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"7\">III. AUTHORITY<\/h3>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"8\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"8,0,0\">Propose solutions and plans to control and enhance the efficiency of occupational safety, environmental hygiene, and project security.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"8,1,0\">Work with the Developer\/Project Management Board, Supervision Consultants, Subcontractors\/Suppliers, and other stakeholders to resolve site issues under the management of the Project Manager or Deputy Project Manager.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"9\">IV. COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS<\/h3>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"10\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"10,0,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"10,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Education:<\/b> Bachelor\u2019s degree or higher in Occupational Safety and Health or related fields.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"10,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"10,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Experience:<\/b> 1 \u2013 3 years of experience in the same field.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"10,2,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"10,2,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Knowledge:<\/b> Proficient in safety &amp; security, the construction market, procedures, and construction-related laws.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"10,3,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"10,3,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Legal Understanding:<\/b> Deep knowledge of State regulations regarding security, OHS, Environmental Protection, and Fire Prevention &amp; Fighting.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"10,4,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"10,4,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Skills:<\/b> Excellent communication and fast problem-solving skills.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"11\">V.
