JOB OBJECTIVE<\/h3>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"4\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"4,0,0\">Propose, direct, and control the work of departments to the Project Manager (PM) to ensure Project safety, schedule, and quality, aligning with the long-term strategic goals of the Project and the Company.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"4,1,0\">Advise the Project Manager on internal and external affairs. Represent the PM in operating the construction site according to delegated tasks during the PM&#8217;s leave or absence.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"5\">II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/h3>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"6\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"6,0,0\">Collaborate with the PM to develop and implement project execution plans.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"6,1,0\">Assist the PM in project management to ensure targets for schedule, finance, quality, HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment), security, team training &amp; development, and building relationships with partners &amp; clients.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"6,2,0\">Perform other tasks as requested by the PM and the Board of Directors.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"7\">III. AUTHORITY<\/h3>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"8\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"8,0,0\">Represent the Site Management Board in meetings and negotiations with clients and partners related to assigned duties.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"8,1,0\">Make decisions and approvals within the scope of assigned tasks.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"9\">IV. COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS<\/h3>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"10\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"10,0,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"10,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Education:<\/b> Bachelor\u2019s degree or higher in Construction-related fields.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"10,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"10,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Experience:<\/b> Minimum 6 years of experience in construction, with at least 2 years in the position of Lead Supervisor\/Team Leader or higher.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"10,2,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"10,2,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Certifications:<\/b> Construction Supervision Practice Certificate (Grade III or higher).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"10,3,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"10,3,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Professional Knowledge:<\/b> Proficient in construction management, the construction market, procedures, and construction-related laws.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"10,4,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"10,4,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Cognitive Skills:<\/b> Strong synthesis, analysis, and judgment skills; excellent professional writing skills.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"10,5,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"10,5,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Soft Skills:<\/b> Excellent negotiation, presentation, persuasion, communication, and relationship-building skills.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"11\">V.
