JOB OBJECTIVE<\/h3>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"4\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"4,0,0\">Be accountable to the Project Director and the Board of General Directors for the results of assigned tasks and authorities in project management and operations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"4,1,0\">Directly manage the operations of the Site Management Board to ensure project goals are met as approved by the Company.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"5\">II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/h3>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"6\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"6,0,0\">Develop and implement project execution plans.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"6,1,0\">Manage the project to ensure targets are met regarding schedule, finance, quality, HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment), security, team training &amp; development, and building relationships with partners &amp; clients.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"6,2,0\">Perform other tasks as requested by the Company\u2019s Leadership.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"7\">III. AUTHORITY<\/h3>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"8\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"8,0,0\">Represent the Company in meetings and negotiations with clients and partners related to assigned work (when authorized).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"8,1,0\">Make decisions and approvals within the scope of assigned project work.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"9\">IV. COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS<\/h3>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"10\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"10,0,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"10,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Education:<\/b> Bachelor\u2019s degree or higher in Construction-related fields.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"10,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"10,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Experience:<\/b> Minimum 10 years of experience in construction, with at least 2 years in the position of Deputy Project Manager or higher.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"10,2,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"10,2,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Certifications:<\/b> Construction Supervision Practice Certificate (Grade II or higher).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"10,3,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"10,3,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Skills:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"10,3,1\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"10,3,1,0,0\">Strong leadership, team management, and development skills.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"10,3,1,1,0\">Proficient knowledge and experience in construction management, construction market, procedures, and construction-related laws.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"10,3,1,2,0\">Strong synthesis, analysis, and judgment skills; excellent professional writing skills.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"10,3,1,3,0\">Excellent negotiation, presentation, persuasion, communication, and relationship-building skills.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"11\">V.
