I. JOB DESCRIPTION

Receive assignments from the Project Manager; develop surveying schemes and plans; manage and execute measurement and geodetic work at construction sites.

Establish and propose procedures for site surveys and measurements.
-
Coordinate the preparation of technical inspection and acceptance documentation.
-
Read and interpret design drawings for construction projects; implement site setting-out based on design drawings.
-
Reporting: Comply with the Company’s reporting regulations.
-
Perform other related duties.
II. JOB REQUIREMENTS
-
Education: Intermediate degree or higher in fields related to construction surveying or Geodetic Engineering.
-
Experience: Over 1 year of experience in high-rise building projects.
-
Knowledge:
-
Proficient in construction laws, construction standards, and regulations related to surveying.
-
Solid understanding of coordinates, coordinate grids, and relevant geodetic fields.
-

Attitude: Careful, proactive, and sharp in problem-solving.
-
Responsibility: High sense of responsibility.
III. OTHER INFORMATION

Probation: 2 months.
